Monroe Crossing - April 2017 eNewsletter

Monroe Crossing

Hello music lovers,

Welcome to spring! We have just a handful of public shows this month so I will tell you about each one. Our first show is April 8th in Hayward, WI at the Park Theater. We always enjoy playing this fun venue! On April 19 we will be performing a weekday matinee at "Le Musique Room" in St. Michael, MN. The show starts at 2pm. If you don’t have to work it’s a great way to spend an afternoon.

On April 22nd we appear at the Community Presbyterian Church in Plainview, MN. Plainview is located only 25 miles north east of Rochester. This venue has limited seating so get your tickets today! Our final show of the month will be in Bloomington, MN on April 29. We will be performing at the Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center so come on down!

I would like to finish up with an exciting announcement. We have been invited to perform at the Dailey & Vincent Landfest in Hiawasee, GA this coming September! This three day festival will be featuring some of the top names in Bluegrass. If you live in the area you will not want to miss it. Heck, it would even be worth the road trip!

Cheers!
Derek Johnson & Monroe Crossing

Our friends at Telefunken Studios captured our concert there using the Telefunken microphones. It sounds amazing.
